Quantum-Optical AtomChip has developed
and designed the new ultra-high density, ultra-high speed
and extremely compact size non-volatile Integrated Optoelectronic Random Access Memory (NvIOpRAM).
The Quantum-Optical technology has a minimum sequential write speed of 6GB per second and a
read sequential speed
per second. The density of information
of this memory is 5GB/square millimeter having the thickness
of the recording media (array) of 5.0 microns. The distance between each layer is also equal to 5.0 microns.
500GB of non-volatile RAM are contained in one cubic millimeter.
Also, this Quantum-Optical AtomChip technology
allows to build up to 4TB in one package or module up to 1EB (Exabytes).
NvIOpRAM has a special digital screen,
which displays (in MB) free space for recording information. Display is equipped with a special Solar battary, which
to screen. This display is activated instantly in normal room lighting.
