Quantum-Optical AtomChip has developed and designed the new ultra-high density, ultra-high speed 
and extremely compact size non-volatile Integrated Optoelectronic Random Access Memory (NvIOpRAM).  
The Quantum-Optical technology has a minimum sequential write speed of 6GB per second and a read sequential speed
of 8GB per second.  The density of information of this memory is 5GB/square millimeter having the thickness
of the recording media (array) of 5.0 microns.  The distance between each layer is also equal to 5.0 microns.  
500GB of non-volatile RAM are contained in one cubic millimeter.  Also, this Quantum-Optical AtomChip technology
allows to build up to 4TB in one package or module up to 1EB (Exabytes).  NvIOpRAM has a special digital screen
which displays (in MB) free space for recording information.  Display is equipped with a special Solar battary,  which
supplies electricity to screen.  This display is activated instantly in normal room lighting.

100TB and 200TB NvIOpRAM Modules 
The modules at 100TB and 200TB has two optical ports.  First optical port * 
is located on the left-hand side, at its upper part above the electrical contacts,
in USB 3.0 port.  The first Light Optical port is universal.  Electrical contacts in USB 3.0 
port is used only for power supply and controls.  Second optical port ** is located
on the right-hand side, and used only for music and movies.
